Special Service will NOT be responsible for any Wait Time charges Fedex or UPS raise when picking up or delivering to our docks. We cannot drop everything just to attend to their arrival and departure, they will be attended to as quickly as circumstances allow. If you wish to make an appointment for Fedex or UPS with a particular Station then please do so. Our charge to you for this will be $100 if you require a 15 minute window for load/unload, $75 for a 30 minute window or $50 if an hour window is allowed.
